Angel Dream (Songs From She's The One)
Regular price $28.00 Save $-28.00To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of She’s The One, we are releasing a remixed, remastered and re-imagined version of this album. The original album included several songs that were left off the original Wildflowersalbum (recently included as the "All The Rest" disc in the "Wildflowers & All The Rest" re-issue), so this re-release is an appropriate ending to the campaign celebrating the Wildflowers-era.
Ryan Ulyate (Tom’s long time engineer and producer) has remixed the audio, and the song selection is designed to work as aTom PettyAnd The Heartbreakers album, rather than a soundtrack album. Four unreleased tracks have been added; the rocker “105 Degrees” (written by Petty), a cover of JJ Cale’s “Thirteen Days”, “One of Life’s Little Mysteries” (another Petty original), and an instrumental (“French Disconnection”) in the same vein as the instrumentals on the original album. An extended version of “Supernatural Radio” is also included.
The new title is a reference to one of the stand-out tracks on the album, for which there will be a video. The new album will have brand new artwork, and this version will replace the existing physical versions of "She’s The One."

First released in April 1999, the album reached #10 on the Billboard 200 aided by the singles "Free Girl Now", "Swingin'" and "Room at the Top", which hit numbers 5, 17 and 19 respectively on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Tracks in 1999. The album was the band's last collaboration with producer Rick Rubin, and was also the last to feature contributions from longtime bassist/vocalist Howie Epstein, who died of a heroin overdose in 2003. Echo was certified Gold (500, 000 copies sold) by the RIAA in July 1999, only three months after it was released. Echo is the only Heartbreakers' album to contain a lead vocal from another member of the band: Mike Campbell on "I Don't Wanna Fight".

It's been 40 years since Tom Petty and his extraordinary band, The Heartbreakers, unleashed their eponymous debut in 1976. In the subsequent decades, Petty - both as a solo artist and as leader of the band - has sold over 80 million records worldwide, earned 18 Grammy nods and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. 1981's Hard Promises served as Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers' fourth full-length effort overall and second on Backstreet/MCA. Once again produced by Petty and Jimmy Iovine, the 10-track set picks right up where it's acclaimed predecessor Damn the Torpedos left off with more finely crafted, hook-laden Byrds and Dylan influenced pop-rock and more hits like "The Waiting" and "A Woman In Love (It's Not Me). Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks famously duets with Petty on the outstanding "Insider" while further songwriting excellence comes in the form of additional gems like "Nightwatchman," "Kings Road," and "The Criminal Kind."

Southern Accents
Regular price $35.00 Save $-35.00Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing. Southern Accents is the sixth album by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. It was released on March 26, 1985 and reached #7 on the Billboard 200. The albums lead single, 'Don't Come Around Here No More' was co-written by Dave Stewart of Eurythmics (who also produced the album) and the track peaked at #13 on the Billboard Hot 100. It's a loose concept album about the modern south, with touches of psychedelia, soul, and country. Tom Petty is best known as the lead singer of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, but is also known as a member and co-founder of the late 1980s supergroup the Traveling Wilburys (under the pseudonyms of Charlie T. Wilbury, Jr. And Muddy Wilbury), and his early band Mudcrutch. Petty has recorded a number of hit singles with the Heartbreakers and as a solo artist, many of which are mainstays on adult contemporary and classic rock radio. His music has been classified as rock and roll, heartland rock, and even stoner rock. His music has become popular among younger generations. In his career, Petty has sold more than 80 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists of all time. In 2002, Petty was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
Regular price $28.00 Save $-28.00Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers - hailing from Gainesville, FL before officially forming in Los Angeles, CA - kicked the musical doldrums of the mid-70's in the teeth with their 1976 self-titled debut album. It featured a stripped-down-but-accomplished brand of rock that blended jumpy rhythm & blues with ringing guitars and keyboards, over which frontman Tom Petty offered up disarmingly blunt lyrics and an extremely direct and distinct vocal style. Still, it took America a full year to catch up to the album. "Breakdown" was re-released to radio and became a Top 40 hit in 1977 after word filtered back that the band was creating a firestorm over in England. By the end of their pivotal UK trek, the band was headlining the very same venues they played as an opening act weeks earlier. Also includes the timeless rock staple "American Girl."
