Hard to believe that this multi-platinum record-boasting the #1 Modern Rock single "Good"-has only seen a release on vinyl previously via an extremely limited run for Pledge Music (remember them?). Just like that edition, we're going gatefold with our 2-LP Real Gone reissue... originally self-released by Better Than Ezra in 1993 and re-released by Elektra in 1995, Deluxe provides a ticket back to that beloved jangle-pop, college radio sound. Three singles were released from the album: "Bloke", "Ready to Go" and "Drop Dead Gorgeous", with the last two being huge hits. Upon it's release, Republica received generally positive reviews from music critics and was a commercial success. It peaked at #4 on the UK Albums chart and was also successful in other countries, including Germany, The Netherlands and New Zealand. BuzzFeed listed "Ready To Go" at #37 in their list of the 101 Greatest Dance Songs Of The '90s in 2017.
