Paris Paloma releases her debut album 'Cacophony', which includes her breakthrough single "labour." Written around themes of feminine rage, societal expectations on women and deeply embedded misogyny, the album continues the deep consideration and dissection of Paris Paloma's own experiences and observations as a woman. Drawing comparisons to artists like Florence + The Machine and Hozier, Paloma's songwriting taps into cultural movements across 15 tracks. The LP includes cover art and an illustrative double-sided poster insert designed by Paris Paloma, which includes full album lyrics. Additionally an exclusive etching on Side D, which was also created by Paris Paloma herself.

Vinyl LP pressing. 2011 release from Canadian musician and singer/songwriter. Best known for his collaborations with the New Pornographers, Bejar started Destroyer as a solo home-recording project in the early to mid-'90s. Destroyer's limited edition 2010 twelve inch singles were lauded by critics and sold out in the first month of release. Upon hearing "Bay of Pigs," Pitchfork declared Bejar "a songwriter of the highest order," and the AV Club was one of many outlets to declare the song, "a real epic: A meditation on life and love in times of crisis."

After famously playing their second show at Woodstock in August 1969, David Crosby, Stephen Stills, Graham Nash, and Neil Young spent the rest of the year touring and writing songs for what would become CSNY's 1970 debut, Déjà Vu. Live at Fillmore East, 1969 is a newly discovered multi-track recording of the band's September 20, 1969, concert at the historic Fillmore East in New York City captures an early moment from that first tour. Including both Acoustic and Electric sets, as well as hit tracks such as "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes", "Our House", "I've Loved Her So Long", etc. Stephen Stills and Neil Young compiled and mixed the original eight-track concert recordings at Sunset Studios to keep the production entirely analog. Young recently said: "[We] have the tapes, and they sound so real. We mixed at Sunset Sound - the analog echo chamber, no digital echo. We're staying all analog throughout the production... Pure. Analog. No digital."

The demos offer a more stripped-back sound, with the live version of "Lately," recorded in 2006 at the Echo in LA, offering a pitch perfect performance by Vashti's North American touring band of Gareth Dickson, Jo Mango, Kevin Barker, Helena Espvall, and Kat Hernandez. 2x 140g Black vinyl. Australian indie folk rock band The Paper Kites release their highly anticipated sixth album - At The Roadhouse. The song and production background began when the band created a roadhouse in rural Australia, performing an unannounced month-long residency in the small Victorian town of Campbells Creek, whilst working on their sixth record. The atmosphere of the live performance is recreated with pedal steel and crooning vocals and harmonies. The song lyrics reminisce of a romance still as alive as a blue flame. "We had talked about this for years" Sam Bentley explains, "We were drawn to the idea of holding up in a town somewhere and playing the evenings as a house band. The Roadhouse became this place for us." Expanding their line-up, the five members of The Paper Kites recruited three extra musicians to make up their roadhouse band, including multi-instrumentalist Matt Dixon - who's weeping pedal steel features on the track - as well as Hannah Cameron and Chris Panousakis.

Nearly seven years since their debut seven inch release, Tone Scientists are back with the five song "Kiiroi Tori" EP. The project joins Mike Watt and Bucky Pope, the latter of whom assumes the producer role this time around, with drummer John Herndon of Tortoise and two longtime Watt collaborators, flute/sax player Vince Meghrouni and keyboard player Pete Mazich. Like their first release, the EP includes an ambitious Sun Ra cover, with their distinctive take on "The Sun One", along with four tunes penned by Watt and Pope. The release will be available on two limited 12" vinyl pressings, one black and another on yellow swirl vinyl, as well as digital formats. The audio was mastered by Dave Gardner (DSG Mastering) at 45RPM, with vinyl pressed at Furnace Record Pressing.

Limited edition of 2000 numbered copies on translucent blue coloured 180-gram audiophile vinyl. Stain is the third album by Living Colour, released in 1993 after previous albums Vivid and Time's Up. It is the first album to feature bassist Doug Wimbish (whose credits included work with Jeff Beck, Madonna, Mick Jagger, etc). Stain features a much heavier and aggressive Living Colour, containing elements of thrash metal and industrial music. It reached #26 on the Billboard 200. The band split up in January 1995, following a tour with Bad Brains. Produced by Ron "Bad Brains" St. Germain, Living Colour's Stain showed the band's darker side even more, as samples were now added to the sonic mix. The tracks were more focused and streamlined when compared to the all-encompassing compositions on 1990's Time's Up but were just as hard-hitting and thought provoking.
