Cracker has been described as a lot of things over the years: alt-rock, Americana, insurgent-country, and have even had the terms punk and classic-rock thrown at them. With a sound more in sync with the Kinks and Southern roots music, the band issued their eponymous debut in 1992 after signing with Virgin the previous year. Selling over 200, 000 copies, the album included "Happy Birthday To Me" and the radio hit "Teen Angst (What The World Needs Now)", which peaked at No. 1 on the US Modern Rock chart. 30th anniversary 180g vinyl LP reissue with insert.
