What Was, Not Now (5th Anniversary Edition)(RSDBF26)

For the first time ever on vinyl, Stephen Sanchez’s debut What Was, Not Now arrives for RSD Black Friday as a special 5th anniversary edition, pressed on 12” black vinyl and featuring an exclusive etched B-side.

Originally released in 2021, the 6-track EP – including beloved tracks “The Pool” and “Hold Her While You Can” – showcases the heartfelt songwriting that introduced the world to Stephen’s nostalgic, romantic sound. Written largely before signing with Mercury Records, What Was, Not Now remains a defining chapter in the early career of one of today’s most captivating artists.
